No, it doesn't.  You can set your Databack 4 to Dec 31 1999, and it will
happily roll over to Jan 1, 2000.  However, it's clock only goes to
2009, so unless Oly comes out with a new version (seems unlikely), then
that will be the last year you can use a Databack 4 for date imprinting.
Interestingly enough, the Databack 2 is good until 2015.
