An interesting idea but the Olympus adapter had the depth to bring an OM
lens to infinity on the Pen F/FT, so with the additional depth of a bellows
you could only use it for macro subjects. Butterfield used to make both Pen
F and OM mounts (lens and body) for their BPM bellowscope that were much
thinner, so in theory, you could close-couple a pair of these adapters with
a very short flexible tube to achieve something that may work. It would be a
bit difficult to handle in practice though. You would certainly need to find
a way of mounting the lens to a ball & socket head. Some sort of threaded
bicycle clip perhaps?
