Super glue (Cyanocrylate) is very good at gluing rubber together.  If all the 
bits 
were there you might be able to piece the rings back together with care.  
Failing 
that, it has been pointed out previously that one could get a ring from a 
larger 
lens that still is available and cut it to size then glue the ends.

Ken once mentioned that DEET in insect repelents eats rubber for breakfast so 
you 
need to be very careful you don't have any on your hands when you handle your 
gear.
