Rand E. is absolutely right. To paraphrase you-know-who, although my
above statement was technically accurate, I was not as forthcoming or

Seriously, the above duo-sync is for OM-2, not OM-2n. IOW, its pin
layout will work with hot shoe 2, not hot shoe 3/4.
