I have a Stylus Zoom, so you'll have to decide whether this is close enough
for jazz.  The "spot" is within the four lines, not beyond. The spot
governs both focus and meter, so if you spot on a Zone III area, that area
will be in focus but the exposure will be off two stops over-exposed.
