Forget about it, Alexander - unless you can read and write Italian...
I have emailed them, faxed them, written by snail mail all in English
and German, tried everything but phoning (I don't speak Italian).
Not one single reply, and I was planning to order for over $ 600,
which was obvious in my messages...
Even Marco, who did business with them within Italy, had some trouble
reaching them - if I remember well.
But if you succeed in connecting them - let me know and I will try
again...
