The calculator panel simply pushes the switch to the manual position when
the "full - automatic control by OM-2" side is facing out.

The edges of the calculator panel that slide in the grooves and hold it in
are not equal in length.  When the side with the calculator faces out, the
short edge is on the bottom and the switch can be moved to all three
positions. When the "automatic side faces out, the longer edge pushes the
switch to the left most (Manual) position and holds it there.

The T20 manual also mentions this fact. I find it much simpler to move the
switch to manual for TTL Control and leave the calculator panel visible to
see the maximum distance for each f stop.
