This topic so far shows how a SELLER can avoid a hassel. It doesn't protect a
BUYER. To collect from UPS, the *outside of the package* has to be damaged
when first received, and that damage has to be noted at time of delivery, or
else UPS will say: internal damage, if any, was caused by improper packing,
and refer you back to the seller. I don't see how UPS is supposed to ferret
out a dishonest seller.

The buyer, especially in international dealings, has NO recourse and is at the
mercy of the seller.

P.S.- Avoid - brabfoto@xxxxxx  (e-bay I.D.- Jac1.NL )  he sent me a defective
OM-10 body, and when I wished to return it he said: "I don't accept returms."
Nice, huh?
