My father-in-law still has his Vivitar 35-85 in N*k*n mount and would probably 
sell it if you still use N*k*n and are interested.

If I remember correctly this lens is not a zoom, but rather a vari-focus. It was
one of the finest I ever used on my Nikon about 20 years ago. I think that
Vivitar discontinued it when the price rose higher than the public was willing
to pay. I wish that I still had it !!!!!
