I don't know about the TTL flash bit but the OTF part of that was a
Minolta patent.  I remember reading about it when I was researching my
OM1 purchase and wondering why Minolta hadn't applied the technology
themselves.  (I subscribed to Modern Photograpy throughout the 70's so
I'd guess that's where I picked up the info)

I don't think so. I think TTL flash was a Minolta patent.
