I called the store and talked with Carroll Conway. The 28mm/3.5 lens is the
only one left at the moment. I did not include the 35-105mm zoom because that
was not available at the time. Somebody locally might have put a hold on.
Currently someone else has faxed and is thinking about purchasing the zoom.
To those who posted to the list to ask me to forward their e-mail to the store.
Since I am subscribed to the digest, I cannot do that in real time. I did not
make it clear about this point, but I assume that it is common practice not to
post to the list your personal purchasing interest of any kind.
The store was impressed with the power of the Internet. I hope that they will
execute their plans of being on the Web in the near future. I say this because
I live in the same area as the store.
