I peeked at them while crossing Hoover Dam.  It was a bit difficult in a 
moving car, but I just had to see. :-)  The center is every bit as good as 
any lens I've seen at any focal length.  It does quite well with the Tamron 
1.4 SP teleconverter, too, although the corners tends to softness.  Another 
winner is the 40mm f/2.  I can't recall any specifs on the others I peeked 
at, but since you were chomping at the bit, I thought I'd comment.
