free, but the last one ( about 6 weeks ago) came with the letter requesting

$3.00 fee. I sent the $3.00. Am I the only one to actually send it in?! I
couldn't not send it, since the people were extremely nice each time I

You may also be rewarded with consideration the next time you
need their aid. You know, a free battery cap or something. :-)
