Regarding the 200/f4 and camera shake - quoting from Hans' Unofficial
Sales Information File page for the 200/f4 -
"When using a tripod, hold the camera steady with both hands and press
the shutter release with the ball of finger, not with the cable release."
Identical wording is found on the information pages for all or nearly all of
the
telephoto lenses. It sounds like Oly recognized the potential for shutter-
induced camera shake.
