Same camera model; one US and the other non-US. I read some of the other
replies. Olympus started naming (marking ?) the same cameras differently
for the US because Olympus dealers were getting clobbered by others
importing non-US export cameras (a.k.a. gray market).
Maybe what you are paying the extra $50 for is the assurance that the 9-
one has been "burned in" longer is and has less likelihood of "infant
mortality" ;-)
Seen this myself with some of the larger used dealers.
