Since many screens (EOS and Minolta) are longer than the OM. You have to
file off around 0.8mm (?) on both side. You can compare the size of the OM
screen with the EOS one to see how much rework is needed. For the EOS 620
"E-C" screen, you have to remove the metal mount too, but it is not a
difficult job as long as you are careful enough. I use my wife's nail-file,
it works quite well. After rework I clean the FC with tape water, remove
excess water with sponge and dry it with hair dryer (don't set the temp too
high, it dry in a few seconds). If you have a stronger blower, you may skip
the water cleaning process, just try to blow off the "dust" after filing.
