  Sorry, just had to jump in here...

  In reply to the question, "What's the point of winning if no one knows
who you are," I would like to ask, what's the point of winning?

  It seems to me to be more interesting to choose a theme (or not) and
have people send in contributions which people can comment on.  Voting
is like a democracy...is art a democratic process?
  
  I like the idea of a periodic collection of photos...but making it a 
contest seems unnecessary.
