This is for a student friend of mine who doesn't have a lot of spare money.
She is frustrated that her "wonderbrick" (I think it's a Nikon) doesn't
work when it gets a little humid until she "defrosts" it by holding it in
front of her car's heater!

She now wants a fully mechanical camera for back-up use. She played with my
Olympus stuff and was quite impressed, especially with size and weight,
since she likes to hike and camp. Her built-in-motor-drive wonderbrick and
autofocus zoom weigh a ton.

She can spend a maximum of $200, including cheapest shipping and insurance.
I am hoping she can get a decent OM-1n, 50/1.8, and perhaps a slow wide or
slow tele for that price. Aesthetics are unimportant, but everything needs
to be working properly.

Let me know what you got, and how much you want for it, or contact her
directly at <mailto:nancytorres30@xxxxxxxxxxxx>. Be kind -- remember, not
only is she a poor student, but she's "new blood" for the Olympus family!
:-)
