Wow, little did i know what i was getting into upon subscirbing to this
list! Tons of activity! Thanks to all for everyones timely and insightful
responces to my om2k dillema. After thinking about it a bit more, another
2n or 2s body seems like the way to go. (Maybe an om1 if I get the old one
CLA). Anyhow, is the 2s that much superior to the 2n? Is the spot metering
a great feature? Sinse i'm just learning photography, manual is the way to
go and next year in class I think I'd get spoiled by some of these fancier
features. I've seen some om2n's on ebay with the 50m lens for mid 100 to
upper 100. Anyone happen to have a spare 2n kicking around? :) Also, i've
recently discovered AUTO mode on the 2n, but havent had a chance to try it
out. To get some of the fancier, blurred action or spectacualr night shots,
manual mode is still the way to go im assuming? Thanks again for the
comments, hopefully I will figure out my situation soon enough! With all
this mail I think i might have to go digest mode!

P.S. Along the lines my dad has lost the external shutter release switch
for tripod use. Can i get a generic one in a camera shop or do i need the
"olympus" ones?
