Many thanks to all who replied on- and offline, for your ...er...
favourite recipies. The temperature control on our oven doesn't go below
50oC, so I had to be very careful not to overdo the lens.

The preparations evoked great interest on the part of my two-year-old
and four-year-old ("Daddy! What are you going to cook today!?!"), so
just to be on the safe side, I waited with "cooking" until it was their
bedtime.

The lens elements were soon (almost) free of moisture, but then I have
noticed what could be rust spots on aperture blades. Therefore the lens
were taken to the camera repair service on Monday first thing in the
morning.
