But then again, the caffeine & "naughty" stuff in tea is "cancelled out"
when milk is added. I once knew a person who was mildly intolerant to
lactose (I think? The stuff in milk?) and something in tea. Good ol' Doc
ordered her to drink tea with milk, since her intolerance would then get
used to the stuff w/o her reacting to it. Yup, her mild intolerance
disappeared.
Drinking tea with milk is extremely healthy!!!!
