It must be my turn to answer questions (and I know the answers to these).

--DOF is on every Zuiko lens (accessible with right thumb in portrait
orientation)

-- The switch around the shutter button will set your reading to memory
once you have taken a photo (for 60 mins  or until you change the mode) and
clear it by pushing the other way.  This "Memory" is available in any mode.
