For anyone with concerns about the housing on their OM 3 or 4 Ti I can confirm
the following, afetr a visit to www.titanium.com:
Titanium does not dissolve in water (nill corrosion after 1 year in 600 degree
water ...must be super heated!!). However if you happen to stumble across some
boiling 5% Hydrochloric acid you may see corrosion at a rate of 440mm per year!
...I think we're pretty safe :-) !!
