If you've got long nimble fingers, you can right-hand-solo for everything
in a pinch. At Kimberely (sp?) Crest, I reach up and pulled down a branch
with a huge magnolia in bloom. Inside it was a bee, running around. With
my right hand, I managed to turn on the meter, extend the macro lens out,
stop it down, adjust the shutter, frame, advance, shoot, and repeat the
excercise to be safe. All to get the bee in the flower :-) Waiting for PSP
right now, and I'll upload the pix. If I let the branch go with my left
hand (I had to stand on my toes to pull it down), the bee would most
certainly fly off.
