The 135/4.5's are around, you just have to look to pay $2-250. I recently
got one for $125 that was UGLY. The previous user decided to buff all the
black off the front of the lens, so it has a shiny, aluminum finish
now. I'll paint it with Aluminum Black when I get a chance. The lens cost
the dealer that I bought it from ~$120 to get overhauled, but that was his
issue, not mine. It came with an 80/4 Auto and a 65-116 Auto Tube (all for
$500). I just had to buy the tripod ring and a $35 hood (ouch!) for the
135/4.5 from Olympus (at least the hood will fit the 90/2 also).
