I was the originator of this thread, thus the current culprit. (I have philosophical problems with using IE, but that's another discussion.)

As of this morning. your original page seems to work on my 128-bit Netscape 4.51. I know that this IE vs NN problem isn't the most fun, but it's a fact of life, especially for complex pages such as yours.

After experimenting a bit I discovered that Navigator, unlike Explorer, doesn't
accept a frameset definition without parameters. It has no problems with a
frameset that only contains one frame (window).
So I changed the beginning tag
<Frameset>
into
<Frameset rows="100%,*" frameborder="no" framespacing=0 border=0>
and everything works again as it is supposed to.
