OK, to equalize it a bit, I've ordered parts from Olympus America twice in the
past couple of months.
First time, I was looking for a new mount for an 85/2.0 The guy in parts was a
bit gruff, but he suggested sending me a fax of the exploded parts diagram for
the lens, and call back with the parts numbers I needed. He did, I did, and the
parts came.
Second time, a fairly pleasant woman helped me. She seemed to understand the
parts I needed, which included a rear element for a 24/2.0, a T32 base, and
parts for the lens lock. Again, I got what I needed in a fairly timely fashion.
So its not all bad!
