It has tons of plastic parts.  It also has no magnets to fail.  Other
than the meter it is 100% mechanical.  Compared to the OM-10, it seems
to be relatively maintenance-free. . . .If my overly-worn Yashica FX-3
2000 is any guide.  (It's pretty much the same camera)  

It's most notable feature is the copal-like square shutter--the first
such Oly SLR--which gives you a very usable 1/125 flash sync.  With some
Vericolor and a 40/2 or 50/1.8 you could probably shoot an outdoor
wedding with it!  As I look back on the other cameras I've had with the
square shutter...Konicas, Nikkormats, the Yashica, even an old Sears
TLS....none of them ever required any shutter or mirror repairs.
