The 1981 National Geographic Book, "Images of the World" has an article on
page 183 entitled "Catching an Airliner By the Tail." They describe the
set-up as follows..."Each(camera) was fitted with a 250-frame film magazine
and motor drive, and housed in a sturdy box with only its 16mm fish eye lens
showing." When you look at the horizon, the fish eye effect can be seen.
Incidentally, this is a great book about photography at the NG and can
usually be bought for a few dollars. Also,I just got the 14mm Sigma lens.
Initial impressions are as follows;nice build quality, focuses the wrong
way(like a Nikon), depth of field button located slightly higher than Zuikos,
and a huge front element. Hopefully, I'll get to run some film through it in
a few days. Gary Faulkenberry
