I am responding to your post in this manner because I believe I am older
than you
and can scold you with only a reasonable bit of anger on your part.
"What The Heck are you doing having gallery prints made by a yet untried
lab"?
Did you see samples of their work before you let them have your reputation
to screw with? Sure they should be out of business but not at the expense
of your showing.
You should have gone postal. That is, right to the post office and mailed
your
trannies to a lab you are familiar with. Or at least send dupes.
There are probably hundreds of labs just as incompetent as Multi Media.
That is why one should always try them first with a less important
assignment.
This goes for just about any trade or service that can really screw you up
if
they are not up to the task.
