As many of you may know, I have been experimenting lately with print
processing....

Results so far using a simple BESELER motor and rotary tank

(1) RA4 (with Fuji Chrystal archive pro glossy) excellent results - using the
Tetenal RA4 1liter kit - BUT results have not been consistant - when all goes
well, the prints are Second To None - but it takes several tries to get it so
(2) Ilfochrome (Cibachrome) excellent results and results have been very
consistant - less finicky. Much easier to adjust filter pack - in fact the
INEXPENSIVE Cibachrome filters will allow you to use a B&W enlarger with only
a little more hassle. (I did a few that way just to see if it is possible and
realistic - and it is). Also you can easily judge colors & denisity by
holding the slide up to the finished print .)
Using a good REPLENTISHING TECHNIQUE THE 8X10 PRINTS ARE ABOUT A DOLLAR AND
COME OUT AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN PRO LAB RESULTS!! I can recommend this
excellent and relatively inexpensive process to all Zuiks!

I was about to use the NOVA QUAD deep tray process to compare with rotary
tank. BUT THE NOVA PROCESSOR ARRIVED FROM THE FACTORY BROKEN IN SHIPMENT!
Ugggggg! SO now I have to deal with UPS Inspecters, etc - what a pain.... But
I look forward to reporting the pro's and con's of NOVA vrs Rotary Tank

Hope all had a good Thanks giving

Cheers
Ken M
