[OM] Flash cord for OM-4 Ti to Metz 45CT-1

        I have just bought an OM-4 Ti to augment my quite old and still
useable OM-1 MD.  I have a very good Metz 45 CT-1 handle flash that I would
like to use with the OM-4 Ti.  How do I connect them?  The camera no longer
has a pc connection.  I know that I can get a flash shoe to pc connection
and then connect the existing Metz cord.  I would not like to do that since
it is another connection to fail.
        Does either Metz or Olympus make the appropriate cord?  Is there a
better way to do this?  By the way, I also have a T-20 flash, but it just
doesn't have the power.
