|Perhaps we aren't talking about the same lens, but the
|Zuiko 135/4.5 does have helicoid focusing, and is
|designed to focus to infinity at minimum extension of
|the telescopic auto tube. It also doesn't go all the
|way to 1:2 on the telescopic auto tube, its more like
|1:3 with the tube at maximum extension and the
|helicoid at closest focus.

I believe the 135/4.5 macro goes to 1:0.43 with the auto extension
tube.
