Keep in mind that he could have won without getting the most votes.
There have been 3(?) cases where the candidate with the most votes did not
win the election due to the way the Electoral College works.  Grover
Cleveland vs Benjamin Harrison comes to mind as an example.  Remeber the
point made was that just because he was elected does not mean an majority of
the American people support him.

Clinton got the MOST votes.  It doesn't matter if it is a majority or a
quorum or if too few people vote.  The fact is he's the president, because
the rules say he is.  Republicans:  You don't want 1000f the populace
voting anyway, you'd never win.  

The Berlin Wall fell because of Lech Walensa (sp?), Gorbachov, and a
Transylvannian priest who convinced Hungary to drop it's borders allowing
Thousands of E.Germans to flee in Summer '89.

How ethnocentric can we Americans be?
