One omission in a money no object OM lens list is the Novoflex lens tube
focus assembly with the Leica telephoto head assemblies. These are not super
fast lenses but they offer state of the art performance (at unbelievable
cost). I am surprised none of the Leica enthusiasts on the list
(Denton?,Doris?) don't own these for OM ;). Novoflex adapts to almost
anything with quick disconnect adapters so you can share these lens heads
with your Cannon,Nikon etc bodies.
I use Leica M sometimes but Leica R prices are so far out of the realm of
reasonable as to be ridiculous.
