Not long ago I was looking for a long telephoto lens, I hopefully
have
something useful on the way. But I've been keeping an eye out just
same. There is a Tamron 400mm f4 with 1.4x and 2x lens or auction on
ebay:

Unfortunately it is already out of what's left of my budget.
I think I recall someone saying this was a good lens and seldom
seen on
the used market. Most amazing is that it is shown on a OM-2 (if I'm not
mistaken) and comes with an Adaptall-2 mount for OM system. I hope
someone here can get a good deal on it or can explain why we should pass
it by.
