The combination is hard to use and focus and the results are a little soft.
I have gotten a few photos with this combo that I like but not many. I
have had a 1.4 on the camera and found the combination as easy to focus as
the lense without the converter, but I did not have the time to take photos
with the lense at that time nor the money to buy it. I would really like to
be able to buy the tamron 400 4.0 that is on ebay but divorce is so
expensive these days. My wife says that I can have it but have to be able
to figure out how to pay for it without breaking the budget. Which means
NO! in wife language. John Gettis
