I tried contacts a few years ago but went back to glasses. The contacts
were just not as sharp as glasses. I noticed this especially when I
used my microscope. The image just wasn't as clear in my Olympus
(required Oly content) microscope. Contacts also did not do well in
outdoors, dusty, environments. Contacts are nice but I found them more
an inconvenience than a help.
