yeah, that makes sense, but the exposure setting for ambient in the camera
is also reflectance based, correcto? ditto for ttl flash control?

hmmmm, I remember having trouble shooting a couple inside with thier backs
to a bright window with the T20 and OM2 set to auto. The flash wouldn't fire
until I dialed in about +1 compensation. I suppose there is not subsitute
for the grey matter between the ears...
