That is so weird. The same thing happened to my hotshoe on my OM2. Im
considering epoxing a homemade stop with some JB Weld epoxy and fabricating
the little piece from a strip from a feeler guage (both products avail at
most automotive retailers). First Im going to buy a new shoe 3 though. Im
sorry you dont have this option. I will keep you posted how I make out with
the retrofit.
