[OM] OM 1 help

Hi,
        
        I have an old Olympus OM1.  (Shoe 1)
Unfortunately now the flash photography comes out 1/2 dark and 1/2 ok. All
other photography is excellent.

What should I have the FP/X setting at ?
What speed  should I use 1/60 ?
What about the "blue" settings on the speed ?

Any help please as I have had the camera for many years and am loathed to
change it.
