If the art is not too big scan it on a flatbed 
scanner and send a disk.

Other wise...

I did copy work on a process camera for years.
The 2 at 45 0ghting is important so is the lack of
reflection. Use a polarizer if you use flash and 
don't have modeling lights.
I would use flat black flocking for the background.
Fill the frame to almost complete.
Watch for stray light from windows and overheads etc.
A darkened room is best.
The 50mm should be OK. Try the 100 though.
Bracket like crazy.
Kodacrome to match the color.
