The Zuiko 85/2 is my favourite lens and many of my best pictures have been
made with it. It is particularly nice for available-light use and is very
easy to focus in dim conditions, even with a 1-series focusing screen.
I find the results be be very sharp, though it's not at its best when
wide open.
The 100/2 may be a bit better optically, but the 85 has the advantage of
being scarcely larger than a standard lens and of taking 49mm filters.
If you can find one at a reasonable price, I'd say buy it.
