The Sunpak OT-1D adapter does not

confirm?).
The OT-1D DOES work with the Sunpak shoe mount units. The EXT10 is the
extension cord set that works with the OT-1D and shoe mount units. The
EXT11 works with handle mount units.
The OT-1D should work with all current Sunpak units.
If I'm correct, the RS unit is only for the older (522) series)

Tim,
The designator on the remote adapter OM sensor for the Sunpak potato
masher type flash is RS OT-1D and the designator for the shoe type
Sunpak flash is as you said OT-1D. The RS OT-1D is much larger, more
features, uses internal battery, and terminates at the end of a coiled
cord in a 4 or 5 pin plug.
