I use hilite and shadow buttons rarely.  When I know an important area
is not lighted as it should be or if I want to be sure of a specific
areas metering then I will use it.  I don't know the zone system or I
probably would use that instead.  As Thomas mentioned, they are
difficult to find if the winder is used.

I use the spot metering often.  I will spot several important areas with
more spots for the most important feature.  I wasn't aware of the 4 min
spot feature mentioned yesterday though.
