I have read the other answers. Maybe you should also consider using
the Incident Illuminator Mirror Housings PM-EL 38 or PM-EL 20.

The mirror housings will do a good job indoors, in 'laboratory
conditions', where you can use a proper light source (flash is
possible). They are not practical for use in the field. 

They are also rare....

Just a few days ago I saw a local ad for two OM macro heads, the older
Zuiko 38/3.5 and 20/3.5, together with PMTob plates, Lieberkuhn
reflectors and Mirror housings, all new in the box, for $550 each....
