Pat MacFarlane is very helpful.   He sent me a new front cap for my 1.4x
teleconverter -
when I had failed to be able to get one from Olympus UK or Olympus Canada.

He told me that was a "refurbishing" item.   This is why no-one
could find a cataloguet number for it.   The same may be the case with the
other specialist lens caps.
