I  would have  to say yes. The whole reason bidder's  email addresses  are
available to  ebay  users is  so that it can  be  a 'self policing
community', at  least  to a certain  extent. Warn the  winner of the
auction, he can  decide what he wants  to do.  Just be  sure  you're right!
