Scott, already had settled for the 3030, but was stuck on the QR plate,
which after seeing the Manfrotto site (thanks Brian!)(Bogen and B&H sites
weren't as clear/useful). Have a 3157QR plate on it as well? Even if not,
let's finalise it offlist, thanks
