I can't answer the question why Meggaflash rates them in feet (at the
customary EI100), but you could ask them:

I did translate the GN550 (feet) into the GN167 (meters) for the benefit
those who are accustomed to SI units. Mea culpa, I neglected the
translation of the lesser bulb with GN420 (feet). So, to rectify that it
is GN128 (meters).
